Need advice between Heritage at Bluffs and Kingsridge community in Keller, TX

Try Newton Ranch- they start in the 320's and is a more prime Keller location.

Take a look on RealtyTrac and you will be horrified by all the foreclosures in Kingsridge. There is no pool and the area they are building on are in the back so in other words you have to drive through old homes with rotting fences to find the new construction.

I understand the pricing is nice in Kingsridge, but in a couple of years I don't think it will age well. And another poster is correct, you can hear the Railroad Tracks all day long and getting over them by the car wash is a head ache.

Bumpity bump....Can anybody tell me the cable and telco provider for Heritage? I imagine the cable is Charter but I am unsure if the telco is VZ or ATT. Also, is Uverse or Fios available depending on provider?

Heritage has FIOS from Verizon which gives you everything (phone, TV & internet) without being affected by weather (satellite has issues during storms)

Wherever you pick, check the placement of railroad tracks nearby and also flight routes to the Alliance airport. The freight trains blow horns all day and night and far west end of Heritage is under the Alliance airport flight path so you can wave to the FedEx pilots as you swim in the clubhouse pools

We live in at far east end of The Bluffs and love it.

Be careful with any new construction as we have seen big houses go on lots and end up with 15' of back yard when the buyer thought they would have 30'

Also note what crime is like in the area you are looking at, especially if close to a cheaper/older neighborhood.
