It's Hot!
It was almost 100 degrees today? The comforting thought is that it didn't feel that hot because the humidity was low.
Summer's starting early this year..

Yep pretty toasty. My family back in Sacramento is complaining since they have already had 4 days in a row of 100 degree whether. Thankfully, it looks like it will cool down the rest of the week. Hopefully...

My wife was laying out by the pool today. She was acting like she was in Palm Springs CA having a great time.
She said when me moved to TX she would enjoy the heat. I said I would hate it. I guess nothing has changed except she has a better tan than me.

I heard DFW Airport his 99 deg., which is a record high, beating 98 deg. from 2006.
2007 was relatively mild. I have a feeling this summer will be a hot one like 2006.

Yep, I think it's going to be a hotter than usual summer. I think last May was a mild one. Some years May is hot like it is this time. Guess I better start getting out in the sun a little more and start acclimating myself to the heat!

There really isn't any way to tell whether the summer will be relatively hot or cool. It'll probably be hotter than last summer simply because that one was cooler than average. I went out on my motorcycle for 144 miles on Tuesday and got fried, but it was worth it. I love the Palo Pinto area!

I thought Fort Worth was humid like Omaha is here? We have no clue where we want to move to and I'm affraid if we go to Ft. Worth it's gonna be so uncomfy humid wise. I am a wimp and like dryer heat. So was today abnormal with lower humidity?

Today was/is humid, but it isn't very hot. It could be a lot worse. Mid 80's arem't bad for this time of year. I'd say Omaha is a little less humid than Ft Worth. I like dry climates too. I'm thinking about moving to NM.
