Default Life in Grapevine

What do you guys think of Grapevine for non-whites?

I already live in Irving, used to play tennis in Grapevine, I found the area to be very nice, very calm with shops and greenery close by.
Can someone pitch a few thoughts on Grapevine pls.

Hi macjoubert....
While I never lived in Grapevine, I did use to spend alot of time there and I never noticed any kind of racial tension, nor did I ever see any reason to believe there were any kind of problems.
This may seem like a silly suggestion, but if you go to a busy store and just kind of wander around with your ears open, so to speak, you would get a good feel for weather or not it would be a problem. I really don't think you have anything to be concerned about.
Hope I was able to help some...

I've lived in Grapevine for 5 years and I love it! I wouldn't say there is racial tension or anything like that here. There has been some resentment in the SW part of Grapevine because one of the schools there is now majority Hispanic, and many of the kids don't speak English. But there's not race riots or anything like that!

Go to Grapevine Mills mall on a weekend, and I can almost guarantee white folks will be in the minority!!

I say go for it. I seriously doubt that you'll encounter any kind of racial tension there. Grapevine is a very nice city and I've never heard of any problems there.
