Default Drive from Roanoke/Keller to FTW near Benbrook

Hello,
I work near Benbrook (76109 zipcode, closer to I183 & SW loop 820) and I will be commuting from 170 (alliance fwy)- I35W - 20W

Is there anyone who is familiar with the traffic in this route during office timings, 8 to 8.30 in the morning and 5-6pm in th evening? If it is bad, is it regularly bad? If so, any suggestions for an alternate route?

Thanks

You're going the whole way across Tarrant County at peak rush hours, so the traffic is going to be awful and you're going to spend a lot of money in gas. There's really no alternate route (other than 377 and 156) so just find a radio station you like or buy some books on CD...
