Default Weatherford good area? What about surrounding areas?

Like the title says, is Weatherford a good area or the surrounding areas good?

Thanks

Depends on what you mean by "good". I'd probably like it out there if I didn't have to drive to Dallas very often. Aledo and the two Annettas are nice areas. Weatherford itself is a nice town, growing.

I lived in Weatherford for about two months and I enjoyed it, I didnt like the drive to work (downtown FW), and its out of the way for most things like theme parks, professional sports etc etc. but has a new shopping area though traffic can suck getting to it. I moved to Fort Worth to be closer to work, but Weatherford felt alot safer to be out at night. Weatherford is 85% white and 10% hispanic 4.1% other. Weatherford Schools suck, they are discriminate alot of the time. Thats why I homeschooled my kids, but if your stuck on the road, people do stop and ask if you need help, unlike fort worth and surrounding areas. They just zoom on by!!! LOL....
I wouldnt advice you go to the ER there. They seem to not know what they do most of the time. If you do make sure you get Dr. Laconey, Disney, or Khan. Other than that, go to ft worth or the bigger cities.
Like myself I live out in the country and not in weatherford and I do go the ft worth for our medical needs.
