Default Bedford's 4th of July Fireworks

well we watched them this year from our front yard and I am pleased to say they returned to the glory of previous ones. Totally enjoyed it--long show--variety of bursts and colors--and the finale was very strong...

guess the city council and merchants ponied up enough cash to fund a fairly elaborate display...they were a little late actually getting started--we were starting to think they had relocated the shooting sight and we might have missed them--we could hear another area fireworks going off about 930--
It was probably the one in Hurst which is south of our subdivision--no actualy fireworks just the sounds...
anyway
hope everyone enjoyed THEIR fireworks whereever you were--at least with ours we just had to walk back into the house--easy 5 seconds of travel time each way...and no noisy neighbors this year or mosquitoes...a perfect 4th...

now if the stock market would cooperate and quite showing the same explosive nature....

Bedford certainly has had some excellent displays over the years. They are still having them at the Boy's Ranch right?

We saw the finale of Bedford's as we were heading back home.
We actually saw, from our chosen vantage point, both of Fort Worth's shows-the Botanic Garden one and the one at LaGrave Field in the distance, the Quad cities one fairly close up, and Hurst's (which had initially been cancelled, but apparently they changed their minds). Then that finale. Plus various other's even further in the distance that we saw bits and pieces of.

The kids thought it was terrific to see all we saw and we were pleasantly surprised with my last minute choice of where to go! haha

GodIsLove is on a distinguished road
We went to the Hurst "gala" and we were VERY impressed with their set up. The kids had a blast and then topped it off with a nice display of fireworks. AA+++
