Default Anywhere to verify Propane pricing?

We are looking at a couple of properties that are on propane and was curious if anyone here has any experience with that.

Thanks in advance!!

Default propane

used propane at home as child---
one thing to consider---there is site called building a home at www.gardenweb.net people post questions and info about building a home (duh) and many of them are on property that requires propane tanks....one thing they mention is that propane flow/pressure varies depending on certain factors like size of line and what appliance is installed--that it might not be as strong as the flow of natural gas from a city utility line--that the stove you use might not burn as efficiently with propane as natural gas--the burners would not burn as hot for cooking or heating...they complain mainly about their ovens being uneven in temp and the burners on stoves from what I have read but I don't use propane so would refer you to that site for more information...
Don't know how things like an outdoor spa/pool heater would work with propane but people in the country have those things --- just don't know how efficient they are...

Most tanks now are buried in ground and made of very thick plastic type of material--somewhat white/translucent and like the one a septic tank is made from...You buy in bulk so if your tank/s are large enough you might not need to refill when prices are high but can replenish when prices are down....

Propane is more expensive than natural gas generally I believe. My sister lives north of San Antonio on property that requires propane and she was complaining about her last delivery--but prices of all energy sources have risen steadily in past years...
