I have a 2100 sq/ft house in Rhome on 5.4 acres. Our neighborhood is private, and very safe.

We have not yet listed the home. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 cg. The master bathroom is absolutely stunning! The kitchen has custom cabinets, granite, and stainless appliances. There is a 9 by 4 foot window in the living room looking out to beautiful country and trees. THe ceilings are 13 ft with tripple crown in the main living areas. With no realtor we are asking $295,000. The house was built in Feb. of 2007. There is also a back and front porch on the property. Perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in serene privacy. Let me know if your interested. Rhome is the perfect location with easy commutes to Ftw. relatively no congested traffic ever!

ps no city taxes, and no water bills is also a plus, no pool either
