Default Attic Ladder

I broke the drop down attic ladder while putting up Christmas decorations yesterday. I know Lowe's and Home Depot sell them. Does anyone know approximately what it will cost to get them installed? I dont have the time or inclination to do it myself.

Default attic ladder installation

I found your post by Google search of my own internet detectability, with the terms "attic ladder portland oregon", and was surprised to find your entry above mine. I have taken this as indication I should join city-search, and have done so. We will see what return there is in this, for me.

My web site, Moderator cut: no advertising, will express my discovery that there are better ways to buy ladders, via the internet. European ladders by Fakro and Calvert are superior in construction and ease of installation, and do not cost more despite what our greedy people have done to the dollar. There are ladders better-yet, at two to four times the cost, that you would probably not consider. Please find a decent carpenter, and coach a ladder benefiting from my experience. I will share installation advice with you, or your carpenter. Ladders that are insulated and gasketed matter in colder climates; it would be nice to learn of their advantages in your climate.
