Default Nice Banquet Hall or Party Room?

Hi Everyone! I was wondering if you all could help me find a nice banquet hall or restaurant party room. I am new to the area and am not that familiar with DFW. Here is what we are looking for.

1. a nice open atomsphere. not just a back room that is closed in. something with a view or with windows would be nice.

2. great food! But under $50 a person if possible...

3. big enough for about 30 people.

4. not too formal of dress. maybe a coat, but not a tie.

Thank you for you help. It can be in or near Dallas or Fort Worth. Either will do!
