TXGator is on a distinguished road
Default Will move to Fort Worth this summer

Will work in downtown area.
Need to buy a house. Price range should be ~130K. Don't want to spend too much time in traffic. Prefer a quite and safe community. 3-bed, 2-bath should be enough. Not need for a big house, but need a yard with comfortable size since I have a 4-yr old son. Here is the issue. My son is only in pre-k right now. How should I choose school district?
I probably will stay at Fort Worth forever, of course, unless Florida calls.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

how short a commute--
Mid-Cities Hurst/Bedford/Euless/NRichland Hills--maybe Wautaga/Saginaw that are in Birdville ISD
Fort Worth itself has some areas that are safe and have good schools---Paschal HS/Doggett middle and elem/Tanglewood Elem--Paschal HS is the best hs in FTW and one of the top 5 in Tarrant county for students who are college-bound--
will PM an MLS site that has good school info and map for you to do search
there is also this link to crime mapping site -enter address to get stats
