Are barndominiums allowed in Fort Worth or would the city have issues with them and not give permit

Your first issue will be finding vacant land within Fort Worth to build a barndo. That lot you’re looking at buying appears to be part of a housing development.

The only people I know who've built barndominiums have done so on rural land. I can't imagine one being allowed on a regular residential lot whether it be due to city or deed restrictions. They're cool concepts, however.
