all i know is that it is in Norht west ISD and there is a large range in prices of houses.
so , if you are in the lower or middle section of that range it would probably be good ...but as with any any neighborhood if you are in the very top tier you may have a problem with re-sale etc...

We do a ton of work out there, I can tell you that they have a ton of investors buying up most of the foreclosures and using them as rental properties.

Senderra Ranch has alot of nice amenities as far as the trails, soccer fields and pools but I would imagine in 4-5 years you would not want to be out there. Again, I do not live there so my opinions are only based on my experiences doing bids or driving through.

Stay away from Sendera Ranch! I bought my home new here 3 years ago, appraised at $135k. 2011 appraisal was $96k. This is without a doubt due to the white trash and investors turning this into a trailer park. The developer and builders are to blame as well, littering the streets with their "$500 down - Credit Issues OK" signs. The HOA is useless, as most; only interested in collecting fines and dues, while failing to enforce the HOA covenant. I'm about to rent mine out......if you can't beat 'em, join 'em.

Uh, that would be due to the real estate market crash. You might want to turn on the news or pick up a newspaper every now and then.
