Default Largest Retail Project in the History of Southeast Fort Worth called Renaissance Square

The city plans to develop 500,000 square foot of retail, resturant landmark development worth 75 million dollars on the property formally held by the Masonic Home of Texas. A study shows southeast Fort Worth residents was loosing out on roughly 70 million a year in retail sales because residents are forced to travel to other parts of the city and surrounding cities.

This is great news for southeast Fort Worth.

Definately good news, that area of the city is underdevelped.
