Default When will this damned wind cease?

It used to be late February and March but in the last few years this crap has persisted into late April and even May.

I can't even sit out on my back porch with a drink or snack without it blowing all across the yard and into our pool EVERY SINGLE DAY lately.

I call a cease fire on all of the wind lately. It would suit me just fine.

I do know that this part of the state (North Texas) certainly seems to be subject to these windy days.

I have no problem with wind, but this is ridiculous. It's constant and sometimes even violent without there even being storms!

Tell me about it. I really didn't expect this wind when we moved. Amazing!

Maybe I'm getting too old and losing my memory, but I don't recall the wind being this bad this late into the year in the past. I too am growing very tired of it. We'd love to get out more and enjoy the warm weather before the 100+ days of Summer get here, but it's tough to do with 40 to 50 MPH wind gusts.

Just close your eyes and pretend like you're on the deck of a cruiseship, headed to the Caribbean!
