Default Best Housing Investment and Neighborhood Fort Worth area

We intend to buy a home within 8-10 miles, at most, of 76109 (TCU area). Closer would be better. We will live in this home 2-3 years. Our child attends a private school, so the particular school district is not a huge concern. We would like a safe neighborhood and a home that could be sold for a profit within 2-3 years. We prefer to stay under $175. Cosmetic issues and updates are not a problem. Please send me your suggestions for particular neighborhoods. (Right now we are more in the center of the metroplex, so we are not very familiar with the neighborhoods west of FTW.) Thanks everyone!

you want a guarantee--don't think anyone would care to guarantee that you will make a profit on house that you buy and sell within 2-3 yrs...
you should get realtor that is familiar with that area from working there f

Hi Janandken! We are currently selling a beautiful 4 BR home within 8-10 miles and in your price range. Beautiful community, pool, playground -- award winning neighborhood association. The house has a large yard with playset and is beautifully landscaped. We have a large screen room with extended cool deck patio. Very nice. Many TCU, Lockheed, Alcon live here. Great neighbors, safe and near everything.

Please contact me if you would like more specific information.

Thanks!
