Wynhaven at Westpoint (near White Settlement)... opinions?
We checked out Wynhaven at Westpoint today and it was BEAUTIFUL... huuuuuuge units
the 2 bedroom one was 1330 square feet and the master bedroom was 12 by 17 feet with 11 by 9 feet CLOSETS... and the rate started at $850.... such a great deal.
They were so beautiful, it was hard for us to convince ourselves of other places. We have ruled out downtown because we prefer a little more space even if it means a small commute to downtown. The commute on I-30 to downtown isn't too bad, 20 minutes or so.
Anyone have any insight on this complex? The units were so gorgeous and built last October so basically new.
We are recent college grads and just don't feel like living downtown is a MUST especially since the rates start in the high 900s or over 1000 a month for smaller spaces.
