Default What areas in DFW have the LEAST-worse air quality? What areas have the fewest gas wells??

Hi. Does anyone know where a person can live in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area where the air quality has not been completely fouled by natural gas wells? It seems some people may have traded clean air, unknowingly, for $$. This is based on a lot of information online. I hope I am wrong. Anyone know about the area just south of I-20, south of Dalworthington Gardens? Is there any community in the entire area that has said "no" to gas well drilling? Midlothian does not count because from my understanding they have a nasty incinerator that burns toxic waste ... which floats up toward Dallas. That's just as bad as the air pollutants from natural gas well drilling. Often the most toxic stuff in outdoor air has no odor so I just want to know if (and where) there's an area at least 5-10 miles from the nearest well, as close as possible to Ft. Worth or Dallas. I know these wells are "everywhere" but I am grateful for ANY information!!

you are wrong
I don't know what you are reading about natual gas well poluting the air but unless you are living right next door to one I doubt you can smell anything--frankly natural gas IS odorless if it is good quality gas...and while there might be trace chemicals emitted, I don't think they are adding significant amounts to the overall polution of DFW area

There are no gas wells in Bedford at this time and probably won't be INSIDE the city limits because of the zoning restrictions the city council has adopted...people have leased their mineral rights for wells to be drilled north of CheekSparger rd in Colleyville, however...but the well for my mineral interests has not been started yet because of the downturn in NG prices...
there are wells in Keller, North Richland Hills, maybe south part of Hurst--not sure about thatarea though--would be south of pipeline rd probably--
wells are planned in Colleyville--don't know if any have been drilled--
there are wells on DFW airport property which is technically FTW in some areas, Euless in some areas, I think
