kellermaverick is on a distinguished road
I'm a little late to the party on this one -- but I live in Harvest Ridge (Keller ISD) off TX-170 and Park Vista, and the commute on 114 is outstanding. I can get to my office near MacArthur and 114 in Irving in 30-35 minutes most days, without the stress of taking 820/183.
