Default Total discount off New Home list prices - Trophy club
Hello,

Looking to move into the new part of Trophy Club and hoping to get some help from current residents. In particular interested in Khov builder.

1) How much were you able to negotiate from the builder's listing price (factor in incentives etc) - a rough breakdown would be helpful

2) any tips to look out for in that part of trophy club - builder tricks or just i wish i knew things

How much they discount depends on where they are with the construction process. If you build from scratch the discount is not as good as if you get a Spec home already or nearly built.

I would also encourage you to look at a few other builders then the one you mentioned.
