Default Midway Square in Euless

Any advice on this community? Quality of construction? crime? schools?

KB homes--might look nice but you should really get stiff home inspection for construction/building behind cosmetics
small lots--really
HEB schools--Trinity High, Euless Jr, and probably Midway park elem--rated recognized

there are older, smaller, neighborhoods around there--this is a fill-in development

some of lots back up to Airport Frwy so I think that most homes are going to have noisy backyards just because of proximity to freeway--it is busy one if you are not familiar with area

check crime map for Euless
Euless does have some good things going for it--lots of people only consider the older part south of freeway--there are some blighted areas true but there is good neighborhood spirit in some ways--city program to help people who need home repairs--article about it in Sunday's paper I think
gets tax money from airport
city's mayor seems pretty strong/popular - been around long time
has the golf course--TX Star--highly rated and very popular--Euless residents get lower rate and maybe pref tee times
