i haven't been to Texas since i was a kid. Well now that I think about it, I drove with my brother to Beaumont and back last year. My mothers side of the family is from Post. Kinda feels like I am looking to go back to my roots in a way. Currently looking at the Fort Worth area. I have 3 boys, 15, 12, & 8. What do they do for fun. We typically ride dirt bikes in the hi-desert (lucerne valley, ca) What kind of dirt bike riding is available? I am also really concerned about the quality of education (all grades). Oldest boy wants (at the moment) to be an engineer and is currently in 10th grade.

i have been looking at all areas in and around the Fort Worth area. Initially would like to rent to try and get a feel for the area. The wife and I have a main focus of, at the minimum, of an acre on up.

any and all suggestions are welcome, but please note, trying to get away from the California attitude and rat race. i will also need to factor in the fact i drive a semi (18 wheeler) for a living. thanks in advance.
