Does anyone happen to know an estimate of utility bill (water, electric,gas) for a 3 bedroom apartment, 1164 sq. foot?

I pay about $74 for 3 bedrooms/2 people in Denton.

you need to make sure you can choose your electrical provider--
some apt complexes set rates for electricity for their renters--
they often add a surcharge above what the actual price for usage is

some apts don't have gas available--more dangerous in multi-tenant building and developers elect to use electricity only
