Out of morbid curiousity:

Is anyone here or anyone you know being approached about leasing your property? If so, where is the approximate location of your property and what is being offered?

some leases that were in part of the early round of the Barnett Shale MAY not have had their well drilled--will be interesting to see they are going to be resigned with NG still down...

some people in Colleyville area were offered lease but way below the prices that we signed at more than a year ago...

I know some landmen who had been out of work for a while that are now getting the "we gotta job for ya" call and being sent to the NW Ft. Worth area. I don't know how much is leasing vs. curative, but was curious if anyone here had noticed an uptick...
