I cannot find the actual name of the bill itself or even a summary but it appears it will certainly be passed by the house

Pense is buddies with Paul Ryan and has endorsed Ryans plan as written in 2015

Just curious since it appears this will come to pass, it will effect those on food stamps in 2021-on

This is Ryan's Plan for "poverty" http://abetterway.speaker.gov/_asset...olicyPaper.pdf

This is what that paper says about SNAP: "But there is an increasing number of recipients who are work-capable adults without dependents. Unfortunately, recent data suggests many of them are not working or
preparing for work. Part of our effort to reform the welfare system includes identifying policies that prevent or discourage working-age people from obtaining work or preparing for work."

That sounds very much like he wants to deny SNAP to anyone without a job but I can't find anything about him cutting SNAP benefits, but that might be somewhere else

And he has plans for just about everything: A Better Way
