Spent $6 on 8 packages of Betty Crocker potatoes in IL. Regular price about $2 each, but if you bought eight they were 99 cents each. Plus 4 coupons for 50 cents off two packages.

$6.05 on a pound of sliced honey turkey, $0.00 on a package of Kraft singles. It was on sale for $3.49 but at the register it was scanned for $4.29, so I got it for free.

I'm going to get very technical with this analysis by estimating how much money I have consumed based on purchases made in the past.

I spent about 26 cents on coffee consumed which was brewed at home and taken to work.
Had liver an onions for lunch, which amounted to about 60 cents.
Bought coffee from the vending machine, 80 cents.
Drove 15 miles total divided by the MPG of 27, multiplied by the $4.27 per gallon gas I pumped... That's another $2.37.
My car insurance is $850 divided by 365 = $2.32.
Rent is $358 with roommate plus about $60 a month for utilities = $418 X 12 = $5016 divided by 365 = $13.74.
Cell phone is $70 a month X 12 = $840 divided by 365 = $2.30.
Health insurance is $6.47 a week divided by 7 = 92 cents.
Internet split two ways, $25 a month X 12 = $300 divided by 365 = 82 cents.
I am cooking ground beef for dinner which cost $1.99. Veggies cost about 35 cents, along with a potato for about 40 cents. Glass of milk... About 40 cents.
My laundry cost me $3 for wash and dry, as well as detergent.
Bush teeth twice daily, use soap and shampoo in shower, used contact lense solution, washed hands.... I could go on forever it seems!

After doing the math and throwing in 2 dollars for misc items... $32.01.
That's 11,683.65 a year. Feel free to check my math, or mention items I may have overlooked.

I'm getting priced out of existence it seems!
