I have to say Walmart FSTS is a hassle where I live. I ordered some toy for my son and went there to pick it up. First of all, they require that I go waaaay back to the very rear of the store and wait at a door. Then I had to wait 10 min before anyone from Walmart walked on by. When I asked this associate to help, I was given the "uh...thats not my area, let me get someone" then had to wait another 5 minutes or so before the person showed up. Of course during the entire time I am trying to check out, the associate is conversing with that other Walmart associate. All in all, it took me about half and hour to get my stuff.

Just does not sound like much of a hassle to me.....sounds like life. Free shipping and you put up with a little guff....sounds like a pretty good deal.

The guff makes Amazon Prime look way more attractive to me.

I got a gift card from Sports Authority. They didn't have anything I really wanted so I bought an electric camping lantern. About a week later in WM they had the exact same item for less than half.

I would be pretty upset if I bought the wrong item at the wrong price at the wrong time. But at least I know that I'd be the only one to blame.

At that point, the entire concept of frugal is thrown out the window. I'd have to visit the store again.
