Just from printed material... newspapers, magazines, etc.

Not a single store in my area takes coupons printed off the internet.

Our stores do take the internet coupons. I get mine from multiple online sources, as well as the Sunday newspaper.

Smart Source and Redplum are two major coupon distributors, and you can also go to the company or brand websites and find coupons. Or Google "grocery coupons"; I go to different sites to see if there are better selections. If you're on Facebook, you can "like" different products, and get coupons that way.

If you go to the Deals and Free Stuff forum, Glory B posted a link to all the coupon sites that I posted last year.

I don't have a problem using internet coupons at all. I used to at Walmart, but all the cashiers have now been retrained.

Don''t use on line coupons for two reasons.....Not many places will take them due to fraud and you will loose value due to your printing cost of net coupons.

So far, I haven't had internet coupons denied anywhere here. Guess I'm lucky.

As to cost, I figured that my ink and toner cost combined is $.023 per page. Many of the coupon sites print 3 to a page, so I think I'm getting my money's worth!

It looks like you live in Pittsburgh, like me. Giant Eagle takes online coupons.

Also, use online coupons at self-checkouts and avoid the hassle of any debate.

I am a cashier at Wal Mart and we DO take e-coupons. The problem with most of them though is that they don't scan properly and we end up doing them manually. Our ad match policy, along with coupons, can actually save you quite a bit of money, if you use it right.

Call the customer service # on the package and ask for them! Most times they will send some directly to you via snail mail, and they are often a higher value coupons than the ones in the paper or on the net.
