Sweet, I have never lived in Germany myself.
Can you detect any rationing of services in Germany as they do in other nations? By that I mean elder care and delayed scheduling of services the way they do in the UK and Canada.
Our experiences in Italy made it difficult to discern what the average level of care was. Some care is provided by the church though it is on an extreme budget. I have been in public Ospitales and have seen sawdust sprinkled on O.R. floors to assist soaking up body fluids spilled by doctors, it seemed that everyone smoked, each patient's family is responsible for providing food and bandages. But I also saw private Ospitales that looked like they had fresh paint and were very clean [though due to my circumstances I was never able to actually walk inside any of their private Ospitales].
