Aside from payday loans, friends & family, i highly doubt banks will lend you any funds especially if you have bad credit and no collateral for the bank to fall back on.
It is just not a good idea to start a new job with Debt. What if the job didn't work out?
How about just pack whatever you can fit into your car, and drive to your new job location? Whatever you cannot fit into your car, you can either sale them, donate them, discard them, store them with your friends/families or storage.
You can always move the rest of the stuff to the new location if things work out after couple of months.

Thats what I am thinking of doing. Just take the things I need like clothes, and whatever I can fit into my little Nissan Sentra. (Im thinking I can fit a good amount with the back seat and trunk).
Yep. $100 at Walmart for an air mattress and Sterilite drawers, and I'm sure you can fit towels and dishes in the car. I lived that way for a while. Bought a dresser with the first paycheck, mattress with the third, etc.

I've moved 9 times in the last 10 years, and all but twice the total cost was $500 or less. One of those times was closer to $800 because the previous landlord "ate" my security deposit and I drove back and forth between the two places too many times (three hours apart), worse yet, during the gas price spike in 2008. The other was because I decided to drag it out over 6 weeks and paid double rent for that time period, bring the total cost to about $700.
The other times were very cheap because I simply just don't have a whole lot of stuff.

I am moving in with my BF so we decided to keep his bed (he already lives in the city Im moving to). Just going to fit as much as I can into my car. I have some of those drawers as well but theyre at my moms and as it is, she has a problem with my leaving. So going for them is out of the question :/
You could get a personal loan if you have a co-signer... Otherwise, I am not sure though if there are any banks that would give you loans in your own name just based on paystubs? Like if you wanted to move the rest of your stuff to where you are, you could wait a few weeks/months after you start your job so you have paystubs to show. Or, you could probably save up the amount you need in cash by then.
I agree with the above post. If there is stuff you just have to keep it would be cheaper to store it for a month and get it later. By then you will have a paycheck or two. If your credit is bad, even if a bank is willing to give you a loan it will probably have a high interest rate.

If whatever you did to ruin your credit was several years ago, you can get a credit card. The balance won't be high and the interest rate will be high. Find out what credit union has a branch in your new location and open a savings account there. They should give you a credit card with at least a $1500 limit. Pay the balance off immediately and then either put the card away for emergency use only, or else cut it up. Use a small amount, pay immediately, and if the damage to your credit was far enough in the past, your score will shoot up because you have borrowed and paid on time.
If all you are doing is loading up your car, then get a gasoline credit card and use that. You'll pay a bit more for your gasoline, but on a 10 gallon tank, if the gas is 10 cents higher, that only an extra dollar. It will get you there. Pay the bill off as soon as it arrives and then cut the card up.
You have a place to stay, so really, all you need is gas money and maybe 2 new work outfits.
Take what you can fit in your car and sell the rest.
