I am cleaning out the pantry tomorrow and packing what I know I will not use anytime soon into boxes to take to the food pantry. Not everything though, some of it will go to our daughter and some of it will go to a friend of ours.

The last ready to eat freezer meal will be tonight's dinner with friends. Then it is time to rotate stock and restock.

I'm doing it right now, more or less. Our house goes back on the market in 4 months and the cupboards and pantry are full so I make a list of only those items that I need to complete a recipe in order to use something on hand. Fresh fruit and veggies are a must have though but everything else or the ingredients must go. I have moved boxes and ice chests of food and I do not want to be doing that if we get lucky with a sale this spring.
