This is true. It's hit or miss whether you get any money credited to you account at all, but it's free, and doesn't take anytime to enter the receipts. Picking up extra receipts helps.

How do they pay/credit you? Do you have to use a debit or credit card and attach it to the online acct in order to be paid?

Great idea. Only thing I bought this week was 30 pounds of sweet potatoes at 20c a pound, so I'm not optimistic about any cash back on that. I had to manually enter a 20-digit receipt code from a poorly printed receipt, which stopped being easy about 40 years ago. While I'm at it, I'm also entering the sweepstakes survey.

It sits in limbo on the Savings Catcher website until you transfer to an egift card so that you can use it.

Anything that has to be weighed doesn't get considered.

Yes, I hate typing in those numbers.......many times they are printed in a less than readable manner.

I just use the app on my phone, and the receipt is scanned right away.

Buying a phone with that capability would cost a lot more than WalMart will ever give me back. I have no other use for such a phone.

I already have a SmartPhone, so it's not a problem for me. If I didn't have one, I would type in the receipt numbers and dates. But I never have just one receipt to enter, I normally have 5-7. When I go to Walmart, I look for receipts on the ground and in the trash.

Since I'll be doing crowd control there for Black Friday, I'm hoping to pick up a lot when my shift ends.
