1 slice of whole grain toast (the more crunchy grains, the better)
1 tsp of real butter
1 boiled egg
Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper

Slice egg and lay slices on top of the chewy, buttery toast. Sprinkle with Tabasco sauce and salt and pepper. Honestly, this sounds weird but it is SO FREAKING GOOD.

Add an apple or half a banana on the side or for a little snack later.

Life is good.

We eat oatmeal pretty much every day.

I cook in water and add cinnamon and vanilla at the end. I like mine with frozen blueberries.

My kids eat it with a little bit of milk, unsweeteneed apple sauce, and a small amount of brown sugar.

Ditto for me, but add walnuts, too. Yum.

I make a smoothie each morning: 1 C plain kefir, 1 C fruit (strawberries, mango, blueberries or raspberries), 1 C ice, 2 Stevia. Combine all in the blender and Voila! Love the taste of it.
