l was inspired to check a local butcher shop. Their bulk purchases of decent cuts, etc, came out between $2.80 - $3.90 per pound. A tad 'higher' than the wallymart, but if it is not infused with cheap water / filler, it's a DEAL / STEAL.
Now, I have to measure the freezer to see if I can fit it all in.

Sounds like the Kroger brand frozen chicken breast packages at 3 lbs each. Whole package was so covered in freezer burn, could not tell due to the print. Had to use the chicken with tomatoes to be eatable. Acid in tomatoes was okay marinade sort of....

Thoroughly thaw your meat first in the fridge........it will pull-out most of that excess water and leave the juice in the meat.

One of the reasons very fresh meat/fish is somewhat more tasty, is because the tissues have not been infiltrated with water.....that excess water pulls-out juices when thawed improperly.

If you eat bread or drink alcoholic beverages, you're benefiting from the deaths of millions of yeasts.
Shameful... (Burp)
