I pay $144 a month for a land line, internet & cable tv. (xfinity triple play) I live in an area without too many cable tv choices & DH will not be without it. However I do have a free cell phone, that I never use, reception here is also bad. Lots of trees & hills. All usa calls are free on the land line.

Come join our brotherhood of frugalness. We will teach you how to save money.

I use to pay 181 for tv, home phone service and internet. The phone service alone was $30 a month AND I NEVER USED IT. I use to pay about 25 for the internet for a 5mbps and it cut out on me. I am a gamer so when I am in a middle of an important match, my internet cut out on me, thus, I could not finish the map.

Now i pay 5 dollars more for a speed that's more than tripple my previous speeds and also never cuts out on me. I also pay 6 dollars a month for pay as you go phone service for my home. Best decisions of my life.

Good for you.
Dh won't live without cable & I won;t live without internet the phone line is throw in for free, so $144 is reasonable & fits into our budget. I have 2 cell phones, one is a no cost plan ( freedom pop) & the other one is $10 a month. We only need the cell phones when we are out & need to connect, as we share our sole vehicle. I live in a hilly area, with very bad cell reception, so I need the land line in case of emergency.

In our old home we paid $50 a month for cable & another $50 for internet. (no land line) But those companies do not service my new home.

$243 for TV, internet, and phone. I am not good at being frugal.

$85 for internet, but that is a business plan.
$73 dish network. Antennas do not work where I live and I like TV.
$75 for 3 cell phones with data plan
$10 Netflix

Dubious honor but I have you beat by a mile. In the US, no tv at all any more, and I pay about $175 (US) a month for a cellphone and mifi with 24gb a month (which goes nowhere if you watch any youtube or Netflix). In Canada, my costs (currently including basic satellite tv, landline - extra for long distance which is anything outside of my small town), no cell but unlimited internet access) are well over $350/month Canadian but that is still almost $300 US.

TV = $30/month with Direct TV Now/PlayStation VUE (~60+ channels) + Kodi on the Fire TV (free)

Internet = $15/month with Time Warner/Spectrum (~3.5Mbps)

Phone = ~$22/month average with 3-5 GB of data/unlimited talk/text (service through Mint Sim/Cricket, etc)

Total = $67/month

Of course I COULD drop TV service all together and just use antenna/Kodi considering I only have 4-5 shows that I like to watch. ~$37/month for "the big 3" services is mighty tempting.
That's a great price for internet. I need to learn the lingo. I just told my company to give me the lowest speed that will work for the way I use it. But I'd like to compare. I pay $55/month - I stream one TV screen at a time and use a pc on wi-fi. Well, the phone is connected to wi-fi too, but I hardly use it for that.

5.95 for my home phone.

In two weeks:
35 for internet
8 for hulu, amazon and netflix
5.95 for home phone service.

That's like what, $50 a month?

#winning!
lol. Me too on TV, although I do pay the extra $4 for no commercials. Apparently I am paying too much for internet.

Is your $35 after all fees and taxes?

I read that HBO doesn't care either. They see it as creating more addicts. Right now I use someone else's Netflix and a family member added me to her Prime account. I get the video and the free shipping. Someday I will get an HBO GO or HBO NOW password again
