I just recently started taking advantage of sites like Ebates and Raise.com and I was wondering if anyone else has been doing this?

For example, we buy our dogs' food from Petsmart.

I use the ebates app to go to raise.com. I found a giftcard on raise for petsmart that was selling for 15% off face value and through ebates I got an additional 1% cash back. We are starting to use this method to buy giftcards for our groceries, for the restaurants we frequent, etc. If you can save on average an additional 5-10% on stuff you will buy anyway, why not?

I order online all the time, and use eBates. But I order my cat food from Chewy.com, and they don't have it in their list of stores. I've asked them to add them, but it hasn't happened yet.

I've been using ebates for about 6 months now. Haven't made a lot - but more than I would have otherwise!

Some of our local stores that we shop at like Petsmart are listed. I think I may start using ebates to order online and pickup in the store. I do that with my shopping at Target.

At Mr. Rebates a few years ago I clicked on a cashback link as usual and suddenly a message popped up telling me I had won an iPad. I was totally shocked and a tad skeptical, but sure enough the website owner sent me a congratulations email which asked if I wanted the iPad or $500. I took the $500.

I've used the referral link on eBates to link to our different emails while ordering from places such as Lowes. I just split the orders in pieces. Also buy the $15/$50 coupons on eBay for Lowes and when re-doing our home we spent very little on our purchases. Worked well. IIRC each referral got $25 for free and the referee got $125 extra. So each order we saved 4 x $25 plus 4 x $15 = $160 plus the $125 referee fee so total of $285 for just using 5 different accounts on stuff we were going to buy anyway.

Believe it or not I even had an eBates account for our dog and when eBates sent us a check with "her" name on it I deposited it and it cleared. Couldn't believe it.

not the best deals but better than none, (though easier to find better elsewhere online)

go to company ADP webpage, sign up for lifecare/lifemart, it's under benefits or something
LifeMart Discounts - LifeCare

pretty much what groupon was before groupon came out

govx for gov workers, good deals on event tickets, 50% off sports tickets sometimes

I've made over 3k from ebates in 3 years. About $500 was referrals. I love it. I try to get others signed up but a lot of people are so leery of everything.

I'm a frequent flyer miles and hotel points collector, and will either use the loyalty program's own shopping portal to get some bonus points or use MyPoints because I can get United miles from them.
