We have added a free ZTE phone with free data and text and 500 minutes free per month.
We use it as a supplement to our main phone with the ZTE for all text.

There is no such think as free data. Unless you are one of the people still grandfathered into a true unlimited data plan from decades ago.

The free data has a caveat. You are allotted so many GB per month at top network speed. Exceed those GB usage for the month, you are automatically throttle to a lower network speed. Pretty much makes your phone useless.

Total Data: 500.00 MB*
Data Used:2.13 MB*
Available Data:497.87 MB*
*1,000 MB = 1 GB. Data balance and usage shown is out of data purchases that have not yet expired. Data, Text, and Talk usage may take 2-5 days or longer to display accurately in Q Link’s system.

That is what we see on the statement from 8/25.

free smartphone with 500MB data & 350 minutes & unlimited text & picture messaging.

The previous message from yesterday was in error. Not 500 minutes but only 350.

Republic wireless, $50 a month for 2 phones - husband and I. Paid $60 outright for my phone and $99 for husbands. Both smartphones, uses Verizon and never have had any issues. This was a big upgrade actually from our previous dinosaur phones through at&t which we were paying nearly $100 a month for! Cut the bill in half switching.

I currently have a Iphone 6s. Right now I pay $106.00 a month through a Verizon Wireless Family plan. The family plan includes both my parents, my brother, and his wife. I recently got married so my wife is on your own plan. She pays $90 a month for her Iphone 6. Only my brother and I have smart phones. He has a google phone. My parents and SIL all have basic flip phones.

We have the Verizon Family plan that includes 8GB of data with unlimited talk and text.

I currently pay $106 per month. I pay 1/2 of the 8G ($70/month). The line access costs me $20/month. The iphone itself is around: $30/month. I also pay $10.00 a month for ipad mini access. The ipad was free if I bought a iphone through Verizon. + any taxes and fees.

I have a $30 ZTE android tracfone. Pretty decent little phone. I just upgraded from a much crappier android tracfone, and the new phone doesn't have triple minutes, you have to use a "smartphone plan". But all my old minutes (I barely use them, so I have lots of minutes and texts) and airtime rolled over to the new phone, so I waited until my days were almost used up and got a $25 plan that has 60 days of service, and added the $49 for 365 more days. So I just added 14 months of service, and more minutes, text, data, for $75 ($82 with tax, etc). Did some quick math and that comes to $5.88 a month. You can add data for $10 for 1gb, so I'll just add that whenever it gets low.

That is a very good deal you have there.
