Live next door to a health food store
They often have vitamin samples and other samples, in a basket at the register for free
Instead of shopping once a week, shop almost daily to buy items
Then grab 3 packages each time you go
That will be a fresh dose of vitamins, or whatever sample of your choice, each day

Stop buying vitamins. Waste of money. Probably most of those vitamins and minerals could be found in one potato.

It doesn't need to be vitamins, that is just the most common free samples our health food store offers in the basket.

I am undecided as to whether vitamins help or not. So the last few years I've played it safe assuming the only nutrients I am getting is via my food and drink

Cut down on soda and coffee. Read a few books on improving communication skills to increase income. Eventually you will make a lot more than $100 a day...

Stores offer samples to get you to try a product - not for customers to stock up on.

Great idea! But, I checked the 'for sales' and there weren't any located near a health food store and the few that were in walking distance would have cost me over $100,000 more than the one I'd have to sell. Would take a lot of free samples to make that up.
