Almost all of it....from my mom and aunt, who:
-- reused aluminum foil and plastic wrap
-- shopped for bargains
-- wasted as little food as possible, used all parts of a whole chicken
-- baked from scratch...real scratch with flour, baking powder, eggs, etc. (kids today think cake mix is from scratch, IF they even know about the concept at all)
-- cleaned and reused jars for storage containers
-- tended to chose the lowest bid jackleg to work on the house instead of more legit contractors and repairmen
-- saved rubber bands and bread ties, wrapping paper from gifts
-- sewed some of our clothes, took shoes to shoe repairmen
-- always talked about saving, frugality and penny-pinching

....and that's just off the top of my head

None. I am much more frugal than either of my parents were. My father was OK but my mother was a careless spender although she did clip coupons(whether she needed it or not, lol).
