Good food, craft beer,--sometimes wine--and shoes.

I have weird feet and am thrilled to currently have three pairs of comfortable shoes.

Americans eat plenty of fake/processed food. The trick is that it tastes good and folks don’t know it’s fake

Back on topic, I’ve splurged a lot on travel and books well. I don’t think I’ll ever have enough of either.

Bicycles and hockey. I won't buy a cheap bike. But I don't have a "must always be the latest and greatest", so I hang onto them for a long time and maintain them. And I play hockey both as goalie and as skater. There is no frugality in hockey.
