Beware that vegan is not healthy without a complete protein source especially if your vegan diet is high in grains and fruit but that's a debate for another thread. I eat a lot of cooked frozen vegetables. You can add high oleic vegetable oil for calories and if you want to make certain vegetables like peas addictingly good, add msg along with salt.

Wal mart sells higher quality frozen **** for a buck or less a bag. I just use a microwave. Microwaving food is not harmful, but if you choose to believe otherwise more power to you.
