Electric Bill is beginning to hurt me.......real bad!...................

We have a 1600 sq ft house and our electric bill in the winter can be $250 for cold months like we've been having. I watch everything too, shut lights off and more. We only keep the heat on 68 at most.

In the summer it is around $250 also. We keep the A/C on 78-79.

Ever since the rates have gone up, it's been outrageous I think. It used to be $190 at most.

BTW, I have Progress Energy in FL.
