great garden!!!!!
I love the plants and the colors and the fence
We are trying to figure out a fence that will keep our 3 dogs from "dancing" on the plants and flowers, yet still allow us to see them (lol the plants not the dogs )
I have to go out and take some new pictures today
I am just curious what part of the country are you in ?

Hi Karla - thanks! We are in So. California so I garden 12 months out of the year. A friend of mine has a beautiful cottage garden and she has an electric fence around her flowers - the dogs learn in just a few days not to go into the flowers - you can eventually take the collar off of the dogs because they have learned not to go into the garden.

I'm still working on this and waiting for things to grow larger (Hibiscus, Gardenia, Oleander, Schefflera and one unknown scrub tree)- the plan is to have something critter-friendly that requires little work by the keeper.

Beautiful gardens, everyone.
I love echinacea.
I don't have much of a garden *at all* just yet.
Maybe I should take some Before and After pix.
Part of our small property is wild and untouched, and I would like to leave it that way.
But another part of our property is just dirt, and that I would like to change.

Heya!
You're gardens look great everyone. We have just had our garden extended and re-pathed. It now has a slight meditaranean feel to it, its great.

I'll have to come back with some up-tp-date photos once its stopped raining.

Bye x
