Few things give me as much enjoyment as mowing lawn and enjoying a freshly cut green lawn.
I am too from MN, nothing like riding around the yard on the lawnmower.... Sometimes i think i mow it too fast now now that i have the perfect paths to mow, I don't have to double back. Mowing has slowed down unlike June, but the storm we got this weekend woke the grass up for sure.

Yes the grass around here is tan & white and hard/rough. We had our first "real" thunderstorm of 2010 today and we'll see if it helped. We got a small amount of rain not too long ago and it helped the small trees (which were brown) rebound a little, a ton of weeds popped up too. It just looks nasty outside though. We're in a moderate drought.
