Can't get any cheaper than using bleach or manual labor and actually pull the weed out of the ground.

Thank you, Alaskan. Is this worm tea also safe to spray on roses to get rid of aphids?

I 2nd the straight Vinegar suggestion. This year we did a little study at our house. My husband used RoundUp on some weeds and I used Vinegar. I'm into the more natural gardening approach. After about a day the weeds that were sprayed with Vinegar were shriveled up while the RoundUp ones were not. My husband actually went back and used Vinegar after the weeds didn't die and poof they were gone. It's amazing and much cheaper and safer for the environment
