Thai Pepper's are shriveling (peppers, plants, water, Texas)

I'm located in Houston texas. I've 3 Thai pepper plants in a pot that has been doing quite well until about 3 weeks ago. All my peppers, large and small, seem to just shrivel up. They get watered twice a day, same routine for the past few month. The plants receive about 5-6 hrs of sunlight from 0700 - 1200 every day.

What's going on?
