This is a Variegated Tropical Hibiscus 'Snow Queen' (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis). We have it growing here in Jamaica. There is no doubt that this is what it is.

You're referring to a photo by presented by another poster as a possible match. The OP's has been identified as Jacob's ladder etc.. There's no question about that either
