While harvesting some spinach yesterday, I noticed that some of the leaves felt a little fuzzy. Upon inspection I found hundreds of tiny white crystals on the bottoms of each leaf.
Are these aphid eggs, or some other egg?
Is it safe to eat the spinach after washing even thoug some of these may still be attached?

Oh heck no. I am letting the guys out early each day this week because of the heat. I'm off to the Mountains on Wed evening for four days. Free fishing day in California on Saturday.

Gonna catch me some Lahontan cutthroat trout.

I say CD nneds to kick down that 500 bucks to you, me and tina for a paid vacation seeing as how many thousands of dollars worth of free info we post on their site.
