Honeysuckle (growing, spring, leaves, plant)

I cut back my honeysuckle severely last fall. It's now July and the plant has grown very well EXCEPT it has not flowered. Any ideas?

Give it time, it is still regrowing.
It'll bloom.

I guess it depends where you live. I have the Alabama Crimson honeysuckle and have pruned it back HARD twice already since spring. It spouts and blooms fast. The hummers love it. It does not die back or lose its leaves down here during the winter. The trellis it is on is probably not strong enough - I had no idea it was such a hardy, grower. I will replant it again in my next yard. A hummer magnet.
