So after our little drought last year the front lawn was pretty well barren, and never really recovered. So being the good husband that I am decided to put some grass seed down, and now our little patch of front lawn looks like a filming location for a Cheech & Chong movie, I don't even think any grass even grew in that area. I used the "Sta-Green Nitro-Fuze Sun and Shade Fescue Grass Seed Mixture" from Lowe's

Is the lawn ready for croquet?

I started winter seeding a few years ago. It's easy to do.

There's one spot in the lawn about the size of a saucer which refuses to support life. I mean, nothing will grow there. I'm still trying to figure that one out.

You probably didn't prepare the soil good enough, or possibly it is just too hot to try to be growing grass right now.
